The exhibition Banksy Universe Marrakech is operated by CARDEMA S.A.R.L. at NoBorder Gallery, located at 16 Derb Sidi Ali Ben Hamdouch, Riad Laarouss, 40000 Marrakech Medina, Morocco.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the sale of admission tickets to the exhibition Banksy Universe Marrakech, available via banksymarrakech.com or directly on site at NoBorder Gallery.

Any ticket reservation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Prices

The current ticket prices are as follows:

  • Full price: 100 MAD (approximately €10)
  • Moroccan resident rate: 50 MAD (approximately €5) — on-site payment only, upon presentation of valid proof of residency
  • Under 12: Free

The ticket grants access to both the exhibition and the rooftop space (The Banksy Rooftop). Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and euros (EUR) for information purposes only. CARDEMA S.A.R.L. reserves the right to amend its prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Tickets may be purchased:

  • Online at banksymarrakech.com via the following payment methods: PayPal (credit/debit card or PayPal account)
  • On site at NoBorder Gallery, payable in Moroccan dirhams (cash or card, subject to availability)

Online bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email including the ticket will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tickets may be cancelled and fully refunded provided that the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the selected visit date and time.

After this deadline, tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to carole@noborder.art , including the booking confirmation number.

In the event of an exceptional closure of the exhibition initiated by CARDEMA S.A.R.L. (force majeure or unforeseen circumstances), affected tickets will be fully refunded or rescheduled at the customer’s discretion.

6. Admission Conditions

The exhibition is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Entry will not be permitted after closing time. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be presented at the entrance, either in digital or printed format. The exhibition is open to all audiences. Visitors with disabilities are encouraged to contact the team in advance to ensure optimal access arrangements.

7. Liabilty

CARDEMA S.A.R.L. shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the exhibition space. The liability of CARDEMA S.A.R.L. is strictly limited to the amount of the ticket purchased by the visitor. Visitors remain responsible for their personal belongings within the gallery.

8. Intellectual Property

Banksy Universe Marrakech is an unofficial tribute to the work of Banksy. It is neither authorized by nor affiliated with the artist. The reproductions presented are displayed within an artistic and cultural context. Any reproduction, copying, or commercial use of elements displayed within the exhibition is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from CARDEMA S.A.R.L.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process (first name, last name, email, phone number) is used exclusively for ticket management and exhibition-related communication. It will not be shared with third parties. In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting carol@noborder.art . 10. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
